Hello,
Twiki 5.1.1 download is incomplete when attempting to install it from install script. Using below twiki link I have downloaded it to my destkop and tested with 7z and it is ok.

Looks like Virtualmin wasn't able to fully download the Twiki package from their website!
Does this happen if you wait a while and re-try the download? It works OK for me currently ..

Tried three times and failed again, then I went to the UTM server and disabled several services on the UTM. Finally the download was complete after diabling Clam AV. Clam stopped the download. It reports it as Sanesecurity.Spam.4393.UNOFFICIAL(274....

So you had some kind of proxy or firewall filtering downloads? That would certainly explain it ...
