I'm trying to turn on SSL for www.tech-shield.com but the box is grayed out in >>edit virtual server>>enabled features. I have the virtual server on it's own IP (199.199.211.70)
I tried to follow a couple of kb articles with no success. Perhaps they are outdated?

After that, how do I generate a CSR? Thanks.
