I need to go to Webmin -> Webmin Configuration -> Upgrade Webmin -> New module grants
But.... I cannot see "Upgrade Webmin"!!

That's expected - when you install Webmin as part of Virtualmin, it gets updated from our YUM repository instead of www.webmin.com. So that menu item is intentionally hidden.
You can either wait a few days for Webmin to be added to the Virtualmin repositories, or manually download and install the RPM or Debian package file.
