What looks OK. If you run
rpm --import /etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-virtualmin
, does it report any error?Submitted by JoelM on Fri, 10/28/2011 - 02:58 Comment #4
yes... here it is? should I delete the key and try again? [root@server1 ~]# rpm --import /etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-virtualmin error: /etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-virtualmin: key 1 import failed.

That file looks fine to me .. and importing it on my test system works OK.
Is your system perhaps low on disk space? Or maybe the RPM database is broken ... can you run
rpm -qa
to list all installed packages?Submitted by djgillard on Mon, 10/31/2011 - 10:30 Comment #6
We appear to be having the same problem - have attempted the Cloudmin install on two systems the first fails with exactly the same error as above. The second appears to suggest it has fully installed and restarted webmin but when connecting to port 10000 the Cloudmin icon is missing and a search fails to find the Cloudmin service.
The Cloudmin install does say it is the EC2 version though?
I'll wait to see how the team resolve this issue before raising a new ticket.

djgillard - what do you see in your browser when you connect to port 10000 on the second machine?

yes, I can run it fine.... I really need to install this so I can move domains easily to the new server.... any other ideas? This is the install command I am running:
wget -O install.sh http://cloudmin.virtualmin.com/cgi-bin/cloudmin-redhat-install.cgi?seria...(masked)\&key=6fm2LijoKC; /bin/sh install.sh
you wanna come in and see?

Ok, the install is done now - the issue was that on CentOS 6, an RPM key import fails if the key is already on your system (which it was, because the system already has Virtualmin installed).
I fixed this and ran the Cloudmin installer, and it completed ok.
