Why would fastrpc.cgi be throwing this error on both CentOS 5/6 using Cloudmin ?

Perhaps connecting to the remote system in SSL mode when it should be using non-SSL, or vice-versa?

I just realized that... missing ssl check.
Eyeballs faster then brain sometimes.
