I am getting this error while accessing wordpress blog on one of the servers. it is doing ok for another server on the same box.
Some from the apache errors:

Well, i resolved it.
I read that I needed to change permission on the parent directory to 755 on http://www.megalinux.net/mod_fcgid-cant-apply-process-slot/. I did and now i am able to access the blog without any problems.
I want to make sure if that is ok or should I do something else?

I'm glad you got it figured out -- thanks for letting us know how you fixed it!
I have another question though.
I have awstats installed by accident (yum -y update) from another repo. How can i uninstall it and install awstats from virtualmin repos?
When i do yum remove awstats, it looks like it is gonna remove some important stuff related to virtualmin too. so i stopped; but i dont have awstats on the server now.

We're happy to help!
We'd love it if you could open up another request though... otherwise, we get really confused when there's more than one topic in a support request :-)
sure, i am closing this and openning another one.
