Upgrade incorrectly reports "your system is not ready for use by Virtualmin" due to scanning the apache2 mods-available/

3.88.gpl GPL, Ubuntu 10.04.3 32-bit.

After upgrade rechecking Virtualmin configuration reports:

    Apache configuration file /etc/apache2/mods-available/php5.conf contains
SetHandler lines that PHP from running with domain owner permissions. These lines must be removed.

.. your system is not ready for use by Virtualmin.

This is a bug since the entries in /etc/apache2/mods-available/ are not live or in use: this check should be done against mods-enabled/. If this potential problem is noticed it should be a warning not a failure to check.
