VM Support Ticket Not Working

I'm getting:

"Collecting detailed system information .. .. done.

Sending support ticket to virtualmin.com .. .. failed with HTTP error : HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error

Return to technical support menu"



Hi Jamie -- it sounds like something isn't working correctly with the Remote Support module, I'd assume that's related to the server move... any idea what might be going awry there?

Assigning this one to Joe, as it appears to be a failure inside the bug.php script that he wrote..
