I am looking for documentation that would allow me to create ns records so I can point domains to the virtual servers I am creating I am looking for some help and/or documentation. I am just starting out so keep that in mind. Let me know if I can provide any further information.

Hmm, so just to clarify what you're asking -- are you asking how to setup your server as a nameserver for the domains being hosted on it?
If that's the case, does the section titled "How do I setup nameservers for my server" in this document here answer your question:
