Hello,
How can i allow domain owner admin to change password? From admin page, there is "System" - "Change Password" option, but it always gives notification message:
"You do not have access to any users to change their passwords"
Please support me to enable or correct this function. I don't want to change domain owner admin pass by using Virtualmin admin panel. It means domain owner admins have to contact to master hosting admin to request change password.
Thanks.

You can edit users and change their passwords using the Edit Mail and FTP Users link on the left menu in virtualmin.

Hi Jam,
Actually, there is no reset password as your instruction, however i can reset the password through "Server Configuration" - "Change Password" under Virtualmin panel. This function does not work under Webmin panel.
This ticket is solved now. Thanks.

Hmm, that's unusual that you don't have that.
Whenever you go into Edit Mail and FTP Users, if you click on the username, do you see a field named "Password" in the "Virtual domain user mailbox details" section?
From there, you should be able to both view and edit that users password.
I'm glad that you were able to change the password another way though!
