It would be a nice feature to safe ISOs in a centralized ISO Storage... A user can select a ISO from a pre defined list auf ISOs. For the user this would be easier to select ISO images from a drop down box...
The access to the ISO's files should be restricted... Not Everybody can use every ISO Image... In case of a user needs licensed Software...
Maybe it is usefull that a user can upload his own images... This images are only available for the user which has uploaded the ISO...

This actually exists already .. at Cloudmin Settings -> New System Images, you can create an image from a ISO file. Then when creating an "empty" VM, you can select that ISO image instead of entering a path to a file on the host system ..
