Howdy,
I like to configure server so email user can check their email through webmail or microsoft outlook Please guide me in the right Direction
You should be able to do that now actually! You should be able to have Outlook point at your server, and check email. If that isn't working, let us know what error(s) you're seeing when you try. One thing you may want to do is look in /var/log/maillog in case any errors are showing up.
Also, by default, the Usermin webmail client is setup on port 20000. You can browse to your server on port 20000 to access Usermin for checking email.

Is the server you're running Virtualmin on a separate server from your cPanel server?
If so, the recommended way to migrate from cPanel would be to simply generate a set of backups from cPanel, then use Add Servers -> Migrate Virtual Server in order to import all those backups into Virtualmin.

I guess back should be able to extract all the email information from cpanel to actual virtual min
now the user can log in to usrmin to access their webmail feature.

Well, that all comes down to personal preference :-)
Some people like the look and feel of RoundCube. You could always try installing it as a test, it's available as a Install Script in Virtualmin.
You can use both RoundCube and Usermin on the same server if you want.

Well, I've seen Virtualmin servers with far less horse power than yours host many hundreds of users.
I've also seen a Virtualmin server with just one or two users get completely overwhelmed by the traffic the websites were generating.
So, it's unfortunately hard to say how many users a server can handle -- it depends on how much traffic the websites on that server generate, and how much email those users receive.
