Any ticket you create using this site should automatically subscribe you.
If you create a ticket from within Virtualmin, you may need to comment on the ticket in order to subscribe to it.
To see tickets you created, click the Support link at the top, then click Issues -> My Issues.

I had to check autosubscribe in the "my accounts" section
