Supported OS List in the install.sh

Hi Jamie! I have a few more tweaks to the supported OS list in the install.sh script:

  • Can you remove "Fedora Core 10-11 on i386 and x86_64"? Fedora 11 reached it's EOL last year.

  • For CentOS and RHEL, can you change "3-6" to instead read "4-6"? CentOS/RHEL 3 reached it's EOL last year.

  • Can you remove the "4.0" from Debian? That's no longer supported as well.

The rest of the entries there look good.
