This is specific to at least Freebsd, Linux servers don't seem to do this... Using the GPL version of Virtualmin
If you create a new domain, with webalizer report generation on, the generator gets created, custom options setup and the cron job installed, all is good..
If you open "virtualmin - domain.com - logs and reports - webalizer report" you get a webalizer screen with incorrect information, for instance, the user is set as "root" and there are no custom options.
If you open "webmin - servers - webalizer..." and select the domain, its just fine, and shows the right info.
Should they not both be pointing the same place?

yes, that sounds like a bug ..
Could you paste here the URL that is linked from virtualmin - domain.com - logs and reports - webalizer report , and the URL that is linked from webmin - servers - webalizer ?

From the webmin side its:
https://webhost03.domain.com:10000/webalizer/edit_log.cgi?file=%2Fvar%2F...
from the virtualmin side its:
https://webhost03.domain.com:10000/webalizer/edit_log.cgi?file=%2Fusr%2F...
(/usr/local/var and /var are the same place. funny that it set them up differently though) The only thing I can see different is the &custom= at the end.
