Hello,
if you only install Roundcube in a virtual server as described in faq, the Suhosin failure comes out. Modify /etc/php5/apache2/conf.d/suhosin.ini brings no improvement. The failure is gone when i set PHP script execution mode from FCGId to Apache mod_php.
Status:
Active

Howdy -- can you describe the issues you're running into in a little more detail? Here's a few questions that will help us out --
How are you going about installing RoundCube? Are you using the RoundCube Install Script?
When you run into a problem, what error are you getting exactly?
Do any errors show up in your Apache error logs, which are located in $HOME/logs/error_log?
Thanks!

No sorry, i don´t have a bug. That was a hint.
If i only installed a new virtual-server/default-settings and there the roundcube-script and open roundcube in a browser:
ERROR: Wrong 'suhosin.session.encrypt' option value. Read REQUIREMENTS section in INSTALL file or use Roundcube Installer, please!
There is a hint in your faq to turn off suhosin.session.encrypt, but this don´t help.
Roundcube works only when i change the (default setting) of php script execution mode in website options from "FCGld (run as virtual server owner)" to "Apache mod_php (run as apache´s user)
I don´t know if this is a bug therefore i have wrote it here

Thanks for the info!
Do you run into this issue after doing a manual installation of RoundCube, or after installing it with the Install Script?
I'm asking all these questions as I hadn't run into that issue before, I'd like to try to reproduce it on my test system here.

First i install fresh Debian Squeeze (only ssh server and standard Tools activated during Setup), then Virtualmin GPL (installscript) and then i upgraded to Pro.
Let me know if i can help you with some configfiles.

Hmm, I don't think I asked the right question :-)
By "Install Script", I'm not referring to the Virtualmin installation itself.
Virtualmin includes a number of "Install Scripts", web applications that can be installed with just a click or two.
To use that, after logging into Virtualmin, there is a "Install Scripts" link on the left. RoundCube is one of the Install Scripts that you can choose to install.
Is that how you performed your installation of RoundCube, with the Virtualmin-provided Install Script?
Or, when installing RoundCube, did you download it from the RoundCube website, and manually install RoundCube onto your server?
Thanks!
