For my users, when they create a website ftp user, they don't see the 'Quota and home directory settings' tab. How can I get it so that they can see that tab?

Howdy -- if you go into Administration Options -> Edit Owner Limits, is "Can manage users" checked?
Also, are you able to see "Quota and home directory settings" when logged in as the Master Admin?

That option is checked and I can see it as the Master Admin.

It is expected that those quota options are not visible for website FTP users, as they share quota with the domain owner..

Then how do domain owners set the website sub directory for those ftp users?

By default domain owners are not allowed to edit the home directory of mailbox users, to prevent them from causing breakage by setting the home to something like
cgi-bin
.However, you can change this at System Settings -> Virtualmin Configuration -> Server administrator permissions -> Can select home directories for users?.

This allows them to change the directory for users added from both, 'Add a user to this server.' & 'Add a website FTP access user.' links? I really only want them to be able to change the sub directory for 'Add a website FTP access user.'

Sorry, but this setting applies to both kinds of users currently ..

Any plans on changing that in the future?

Since it is a relatively simple change, I will add an option in the next Virtualmin release to allow the home directory to be changed for website FTP users only..

Great. Sounds good. It would definitely be useful.
