I purchased 2 50 licence renewals on 19 July, 2011 (order 4878) and neither of my machines will see the renewal properly - they still say that the licence is expired.
Please update your databases.

I am having the same issue. My server's license was set to expire on Aug. 2nd and I renewed and upgraded that evening but neither has been applied yet.
Please help.

Hi Perk -- we'd be happy to help.
Sometimes the cart can't figure out how to apply the license automatically, so it requires a manual touch.
Can you open up a new support request, and in that request, include the license key of the license you'd like that applied to?
It looks like there are two licenses in your account.
