Hi guys,
When installing osTicket 1.6 via Install Scripts, I recieve an error that the Installation was only partially completed (See attachment). What really happened was that the include/ost-config.sample.php was never renamed as include/ost-config.php . This may be just an incompatibility with their install but I thought I should point it out.
Hope you all have a great week.
P.S. How can I delete images attached to my username in this support area so I can post new ones? I keep getting a quota message when trying to upload images, it is extremely frustrating. The images are typically just 20Kb.

Howdy -- I'm looking into the image issue -- is there any chance you could open a new task regarding that, and attach (or link to) a screenshot with the exact error message you're seeing?
And then, Jamie can look into your osTicket issue, while I sort out the attachment problem :-)
I'm trying to figure out what component in the process here is limiting you... there's Drupal per-post limits, and total limits. As well as PHP limits defined in the php.ini file. I'm hoping the exact error might help. If you could open a new task with that info, that'd be super. Thanks!

I'm not seeing your attachment ... could you re-attach it? I think Eric has fixed the quota issue ..

That's odd, the install works OK for me ..
Which PHP execution mode is your domain using? You can see this at Server Configuration -> Website Options.

Ok, that should work .. at least, it does on my test systems.
Any chance I could login to your server and do a test osTicket install?

Hi Jamie,
I just enabled support login on my server. You can test out the osTicket install with the jeremiahbrock.com virtualserver.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Are you running SSH on a custom port, and does your system have any firewall? I didn't get the remote support grant email, and I can't SSH to jeremiahbrock.com

It looks like the bug is fixed in Virtualmin 3.87, but you are still running 3.86 .. you should upgrade, which can be done in the Virtualmin UI, or with the command :
apt-get install webmin-virtual-server
