It would also good to download precreated templates from Openvz: http://wiki.openvz.org/Download/template/precreated
I was able to download a template and then manually create the following .img
file:
base=http://cloudmin.virtualmin.com/images/
version=1.0
nocompress=
files=debian-5.0-x86_64.tar.gz
file=/var/webmin/server-manager/debian-5.0-x86_64.img
size=140176979
manager=openvz
desc=CentOS 5.6
vm2=1
id=openvz-centos5.6-base
type=centos
md5=0e7d1199ac949e39be9fa0a7d9f77ea8
dest=master:/var/webmin/server-manager
I guess that would be a feature request?

Cloudmin sort-of has a feature like this where you can convert a file into an image, but unfortunately it only supports Xen and KVM filesystem images so far. However, adding OpenVZ support would be simple .. I will update this bug when it is done.

This has been implemented, for inclusion in Cloudmin 5.6.

Ok, great will do a reinstall and test some more then (it looks like the OpenVZ stuff has not been tested much, probably because it is not GPL :-)
