On a fresh Ubuntu 10.04.2 install with all updates installed, install.sh (both GPL and Pro) failed to detect my O/S
Setting autoos=2 allowed me to manually select the O/S and proceed with install.

Yeah, there seems to be an issue with the installer detecting Ubuntu 10.04, we're looking into that. Thanks!
I broke os_list.txt when modifying os_list.txt to support Scientific Linux 6. Will be fixed shortly (as soon as I finish testing the fixed regex).
I believe this should be fixed now. Feel free to re-open if the problem persists.
