I've seen this one come up a few times, and I guess the user has skipped the "Host Systems" step in the Getting Started guide...but it comes up a lot, and since Cloudmin GPL only supports one system, it's kind of odd to have a step for choosing one.
So, the user logs in, sees no way to actually create new virtual machines, and gives up.
At the very least, we should provide a clue that they need to configure a host system...maybe a short setup wizard after installation, as in Virtualmin. Right now it just confuses people. Sure, they haven't read the docs, and should be berated for it and all, but I think we can make this part of the process a lot more obvious. Also, in the case of Cloudmin GPL, it seems really overly complicated to have those steps be required before it works, since there's only going to be one host system.

You're right, that is kind of crappy ... I will fix this up.

Fix committed to show a prominent warning in this case.
Ideally this would never happen if the user uses our install script (and reboots at the end), as it sets up all the dependencies. But in practice I guess that doesn't always happen..
