Where are you getting this error from exactly?
Also, if you want to add a reverse record, you need to control the reverse DNS zone. If you just have a machine at a colo, it is likely they will control reverse records ..

Hi Jamie
When I go to www.intodns.com/postcy.com I get the error that I've send you because this ip is new and never have reverse dns for this ip. So, If its possible can I create reverse dns from BIND dns, and If its possible how can I do this? If I need some extra things to control the reverse please give me advice if its possible.
Thanks in advance
Vakis

Reverse DNS is typically something that's controlled by your ISP or provider.
So, who ever it is that hosts your server -- they would be the ones to setup your reverse DNS.
They'd likely know exactly how to do that -- all you need to do is give them a call, and tell them what DNS name to assign to your IP address.
