Nothing urgent:
Changing home directory in SSL website configuration .. .. SSL website failed! : Missing file to open at WebminCore::/usr/share/webmin/web-lib-funcs.pl line 2892 at /usr/share/webmin/web-lib-funcs.pl line 1360.
Actually it was the backup error that gave a clear hint to the issue:
Copying SSL Apache virtual host configuration and certificate ..
.. no Apache virtual host found!
Maybe the error should be better detected when renaming and displaying the error. At lease it wasn't fatal, so no urgency.

Yes, it looks like Virtualmin doesn't deal with a missing SSL virtualhost nicely. I will fix this in the 3.85 release..
