my account does not list my license

i had a server breakdown today which had virtualmin pro installed in it. i could not access the hdd.

then i wanted to install pro on a new server. so i came to my account on virtualmin.com to find out my key/serial but it does not list it on my account page.

please do the needful.

also, the 'member for' shows almost two years less than i have actually been a member on virtualmin.

futher explanations on my issues:

the page "https://www.virtualmin.com/user/8361/software_license" does not list my software license(key/serial), though it does list my recent order (renewal) last year.

the page "https://www.virtualmin.com/user/8361" says that i have been member for "1 year 40 weeks" but it does not include two years i have been member for prior to that. So it should be 3 year 40 weeks. I first purchased virtualmin pro when you offered two-year unlimited for $250 way way back.

i got the date of purchase and other details:

order number : 00000780 date : 24 April 2008.

That confirms that i have been a member from 24 April 2008.

i still could not get the key/serial pair to upgrade my backup server.

could you update my account with it.

Do you happen to know what the serial number of your original licence was? It would be in the file /etc/virtualmin-license

i do not know.

The HDD froze and i cannot access the hard disk and I did not store that info anywhere else.

i remember my old credentials though. username cejey email cejey@cjnm.org but i do not have access to this email as i do not own that domain any more.

may be you can set the email to cj@bislinks.com and i can login to that account and get ke/serial?
