Hi,
We have to move a complete Cloudmin (KVM) setup from a server to another. The first server will then be removed from service.
All VMs are hosted on the Cloudmin Master. Our plan is to add the new Host in Cloudmin, move all VMs on it, and make the new server be the Cloudmin Master.
The question is : Should we install Cloudmin on the new server PRIOR to moving the VMs, or AFTER ?
And what's the best way to do it : Cloudmin Master replication, on just re-install Cloudmin on the new host with the same license, and then add itself as KVM host ?

What I would recommend is this :
Setup the new machine, and add it as a host on the old master.
Move across your VMs.
Install Cloudmin on the new machine and set it up as a replica.
On the old machine, make the new one a replica. Wait for all configuration files to get copied over.
Shut down the old machine. On the old one, stop it from being a replica anymore.
For more on replication, see http://www.virtualmin.com/documentation/cloudmin/repl

OK, thanks.
One last question : When I will install Cloudmin on the new host, will I be able to use the same script, thus the same serial and license ?

Yes .. it's fine to use the same serial for a short-term replica system.
