We have a issue with a few sites...
curl http://www.yogaalliance.co.uk/ will show the analytics code but it doesn't show in FF or Safari.
I have tried everything including disabling and re-enabling it in VM and even made sure gzip wasn't enabled in in the php.ini and still nothing.
Any idea ?

Never mind -- the issue was that a iframe was used that contained a
</body>tag.
