After enabling mail relay, mail is still delivered in mailboxes

hello,

I installed and ennabled the mail relay plugin. When I change from the mailboxes to a mail relay system the mail is still delivered in the mailboxes on the server instead of relaid to the external server.

Did you enable the "Mail relay" feature for this domain, and disable the "Mail for domain" feature?

Also, where is this email being sent from - the Virtualmin system, or some other mail server?

yes, I followed the procedure in the document on the website. I'm not sure but, is itpossible that it hasd something totdo with the virtualmin update (new version this week) ?

No, I doubt if the Virtualmin update is related ...

If you check the /etc/postfix/virtual file on your system, are there entries for users in this domain?

If so, you should remove them (as they won't work anyway), and then run :

postmap /etc/postfix/virtual

Then see if you still see the same issue..
