FRs around ignore BIND Validation if Bind not running, Do not validate BIND if primary DNS is elsewhere, and/or batch update BIND IP assignment, like when the VPS is moved from one IP to another, so as not to generate errors in Validation, or just batch turn off BIND.
I have about 25 domains to update.

Eric provided this, seconds after I entered the ticket:
virtualmin disable-feature --all-domains --dns
Seems to be running...
If that's the answer, please close this ticket.

Howdy -- yeah, Virtualmin doesn't know if your primary DNS is elsewhere, all it has to go on is whether or not the DNS feature is enabled for a given Virtual Server.
So if you're not using BIND locally, the way to handle that would be to make sure that the DNS feature isn't enabled for any Virtual Servers. Once you've removed that from all Virtual Servers, you may also want to go into System Settings -> Features and Plugins, and disable the DNS feature altogether.
