On this page http://www.virtualmin.com/documentation/aws/virtualmin_pro_paid_ami/ you mention that we can purchase licenses directly from Amazon. But its not clear to me what the price includes.
- how many sites are included in the license? is it a 50 or 100? site license?
- what does the price of .14c/hour include - Im assuming CPU only and IPs and data transfer are separate?
- I would prefer purchase the Reserved Instances or Spot instances - how does the pricing work in that case?

I'm pretty sure it is Virtualmin Unlimited. So, I don't think you have any domain limits.
Also, we do not bill extra for any other stuff; bandwidth and IPs and storage and stuff are billed at Amazon rates, as far as I know.
I've assigned this to Jamie, though, just in case I'm wrong on any count.

The EC2 licence is for unlimited domains. However, the licence is charged for on a per-hour basis via your Amazon account.
The way we have it setup, you pay the same costs that you would incur for a regular EC2 instance, plus a fee for the Virtualmin licence. EC2 changes for run-time, plus network bandwidth in and out.
Sorry, we don't have images for reserved or spot instances yet.
