Refund for Virtualmin Pro

Hey guys, I recently bought a Virtualmin Pro license, but I've discovered that it doesn't meet with my requirements, so I'd like to get a refund if possible?

Ehh, I don't want to be a pr*ck and all, but what's going on guys? I kinda need to know whats going on, whether the money is being refunded or not.

Since my Virtualmin Pro license still appears to be active on my License page, I will assume absolutely nothing has been done as regards my refund request.

I don't want to have to start hounding you guys, as I understand you're busy, but I really need that money back ASAP.
