When you log in virtualmin there's the domain selector at the top left and recently mine lost the drop down selector.
So now I have to manually type in the domain names to select the one I want whereas previously when you clicked on it a drop down menu appeared and you could select the domain you wanted from the list of all of the domains.
I'm using windows vista and google chrome to access the site the same as I always have done.
Any ideas why this might have changed and how it can be fixed?
~~Many thanks,
Pete...

By default, there's a limit of 100 domains that will show up in that dropdown. Sounds like you may have surpassed that limit :-)
To change that setting, you can look in System Settings -> Module Config -> User Interface Settings, and tweak "Maximum number of domains to display".

Hi Andy,
Many thanks, that sounds like it as I've been adding a lot more domains recently - I'll look for that setting and alter it.
On another note, I paid for a new licence for another one of our severs on the 25th December to upgrade it to 100 domains and have posted messages and emailed Joe in support but can't seem to get any response if you can ask someone to look into that matter as well as it's almost 2 months now - the money was sent via paypal on the 25th december 2009 from 'ethosclouds' paypal account.
Very many thanks again,
Pete...

Howdy -- I'd be glad to help look into your upgrade issue, but do you have a link to that ticket? It may just need to be manually processed.

Hi Andy, it was a papal mass payment on the 25th December so there was no order placed - I emailed the order in on the same day and several timers since so need to confirm receipt of the payment and make a new order to match.
Many thanks,
Petre...

Hi Petre -- okay, if there isn't an existing support ticket for your order, could you create one?
Whenever you create it, include any details about your order that you can, and I'll make sure the right people see it :-)
Thanks!

Hi Andy
I tried to place the order and then stopped when it asked for paypal payment so hopefully it has entered it now..?
The original payment was from paypal@ethosclouds.com paypal account on the 25th December 2009.
Many thanks

Thanks... it'd be really helpful though if you could open a new support request for your order though. And then, include all those juicy details in that new support request.
It's really hard to keep track of these things when too many topics are in one support request ;-) Don't worry though, I'll make sure the right people see it!

Hi Andy
Yes, that fixed the drop down menu challenge I was having - many thanks.
But I'm still getting no joy with the new licence query - the order number I put was my last order that was placed on the system that was delivered - an unlimited licence for our new server.
The order I am querying isn't on the system - I sent the payment on the 25th december by paypal from ethosclouds paypal account for a new 100 domain licence for another server we have.
Perhaps you can kindly ask Joe again as I've now written loads of messages, emails, posts and tickets over the past two months and nobody as yet seems to have been able to resolve it for me.
Many thanks
Pete...

Thanks for the update on the dropdown issue, glad to hear that's working. Also, it looks like Jamie took care of your license problem. I'll go ahead and mark this as fixed, let us know if you have any other issues.
