PHP 5.2.12 & simple_xml php extension in bleeding edge

I need to have use of simple_xml in an app i'm building and would greatly appreciate a build of the bleeding edge php to include this

It would be great if SimpleXML could be compiled into the new php 5.2.12 package when this is done.

My total stupidity on this. SimpleXML is in php-common it was because allow_url_fopen is 'off' so you can't simplexml_load_file
