Hi I purchased a license upgrade to pro version and I do not see any license detail in my account. I need this to upgrade the system.
By the way this website is not the easiest thing in the world to use and to log an issue is a real pain.

Which serial number would you like the upgrade applied to? I didn't see any associated with your duckettm account on virtualmin.com , which is why it wasn't applied automatically.
