I am gettgin this after i had to reinstlal virt due to an upgrade/update going wrong..:)

That's just a warning .. it looks harmless. Is this preventing Apache from starting up?

no i just don't like getting errors that weren't there before hand it means something is wrong. usually this means webalizer isn't going to work right.

Assuming Webalizer does actually work, I'd say these can be ignored.
