Old server centos 5.3, current VMPro, backup us virtual directories using built in backup in virtualmin pro
New server: centos 5.3 i386-64, new install by script.
The filters in a users email account are listed in the filter table, but do not appear to have any effect. Specifically, the "if email is SPAM" then "delete" does not work. I've tried a few variation including copy all mail into a folder and then continuing. nothing appears to work, other than SPAM is being checked in the firt built in rule and the last rule is sending everything into the inbox.
Not critical, but customers are complaining.

Make sure that per-user filters are allowed on your system. This is set at Email Messages -> Spam and Virus Scanning -> Allow mailbox users to create mail filters?.
