And httpd error_log : [Mon Sep 28 08:49:14 2009] [notice] suEXEC mechanism enabled (wrapper: /usr/sbin/suexec) /usr/sbin/httpd: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8/i386-linux-thread-multi/auto/Apache2/ServerUtil/ServerUtil.so: undefined symbol: ap_ge t_server_banner

It looks like your Apache config with the Virtual Hosts defined in it may be in /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf.rpmsave, for some reason.
If you're still having trouble now (I see Apache is running), it may just be a matter of moving the config file back and restarting Apache.

Was there some change in Virtualmin that triggered or preceeded this problem?
Also, what gets logged to /var/log/httpd/error_log when you try to start Apache?
