Hi,
I have a report from a user that when they login to usermin someone else's email address and name appears at the top left of the menu and it is also on all emails sent out by that user.
How can this be changed?

What is the UID and GID of the accounts in question?

uid appearing at the top: 820 gid : 502 uid of actual logged in user 860 gid: 502

If you click on the Address Book link on the left menu, does it perhaps show the wrong email address as the default from address?
Also, does the wrong user's inbox email appear?

Thanks Jamie... it was as simple as that .. ! Somehow the client has done this?? or does it put an automatic default?
It looks auto generated : awatef.elabed.academyglobal.com@leo.neubreed.com

They must have added that, as Virtualmin never sets this up ... it only defines default from addresses in /etc/postfix/virtual
