Hi Jamie,
I'm hoping you could add the ability to manage SSL chain files through the SSL options in Virtualmin.
Joe mentioned it here: https://www.virtualmin.com/node/6212 but it doesn't look like it was ever implemented.

Howdy -- you should actually have the ability to do that now.
For SSL connections to Webmin/Virtualmin, you can manage chained certificates using Webmin -> Webmin -> Webmin Configuration -> SSL Encryption -> "Additional certificate files (for chained certificates)".
For SSL connections to Virtual Servers being hosted on your server, you can manage chained certificates using Server Configuration -> Manage SSL Certificate -> CA Certificate.

Ahhh! I totally missed that, I made the assumption that the CA Certificate page was for creating a local CA. Whoops.
