I am assuming it's related to the new site..but i cnaot submit suport tickets from inside virtualmin. It says it will be back online in a couple of hours.

Yeah, something went awry with the bug submission inside VM after switching to the new site. I believe I remember Joe saying it worked fine in dev, but now that we've moved to the new site with a ton of users, it appears to have some sort of, well, bug :-)
It is being worked on, though I think "a couple of hours" might be understating the issue a bit ;-)
I'll pass this over to Joe in case he has anything to add.
Actually the problem is with notifications. I'll just punt and add a simple email generator to the script itself, since everything else is working fine.

could you punt to the mail script as a temporary thing?
Actually...I think I might have just figured it out. We'll see. I'm going to go ahead and ship out the new support module package, and find out whether my theory is valid.
Either way, the punting solution won't effect end users at all. It'll only effect me and Eric and Jamie. And, it would likely be temporary.
I think this is fixed by the new 1.6 release. I'll know whether notifications work when someone other than me submits a ticket. ;-)
