forward/reply does not include email address in HTML mode

When forwarding/replying to email the originating sender email address does not appear whilst in HTML mode.

This is working as expected in text only mode.

I think that it is formatting incorrectly. The following HTML source is created on reply in:

Ideally the email address would still be visible even in HTML mode, or still be provided as an email link.

And when not viewing source, you can only see:

Yes, this is occurring with version 1.410 of usermin

Ok, I see the cause .. this will be properly fixed in Usermin 1.420.
