I changed nothing in the Spamassassin setup, but recently I began to get emails that should be routed to a spam mailbox, delivered to me normally. They've been marked with a [SPAM] in the header (as Spamassassin was instructed to do) and the emails are marked as having been processed by Spamassassin and have scores greater than the limit.
