Hi,

I have a prestashop site. there is an issue its asking to enable zip extension. However its already installed and enabled. I checked the extension with phpinfo(); and it is showing the extension is enabled. I'm not able to figure out why prestashop is still asking to enable zip extension. Does anyone know had the similar issue?

Hi,

You can use the console to check if PHP extension is installed and loaded:

php -m |grep zip

In case you have multiple PHP versions installed on your system, you would need to make sure that it's installed and loaded for particular PHP version being in use.
