Virtualmin backup S3 Perl execution failed

I create new Virtualmin server and set up S3 backup. Firsts 3 times evertihng work fine but then stopt making backup.

Try manualy and get this error:

Starting backup of 14 domains to backup/%Y-%m-%d in Amazon S3 bucket XXXXXXX ..

HTTP/1.0 500 Perl execution failed Server: MiniServ/1.962 Date: Fri, 15 Jan 2021 08:05:45 GMT Content-type: text/html; Charset=utf-8 Connection: close
Error - Perl execution failed

Can't escape \x{0304}, try uri_escape_utf8() instead at S3.pm line 120. 

With local destination working fine but problem with S3.

I tryed to find solution but no luck. Maybe I need to donwgrade Webmin version?
