Letsencrypt CA certificate has been changed and cuurntly R3 is active. virtualmin put old CA cert as CA certificate for virtual hosts. https://letsencrypt.org/certificates/

On older versions eg CentOS 6 what can be done?
You must upgrade to CentOS 8 as soon as possible, as CentOS 6 is EOL on Nov 30, 2020.

I installed certbot . does it solve the issue? Why it was not installed by virtualmin installer?
Good point. We have missed it for CentOS 7.
It will be fixed in the future releases.
