Saving debug log to /var/log/letsencrypt/letsencrypt.log Plugins selected: Authenticator webroot, Installer None Starting new HTTPS connection (1): acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org Obtaining a new certificate An unexpected error occurred: There were too many requests of a given type :: Error creating new order :: too many certificates already issued for exact set of domains: admin.[domainname.com],mail.[domainname.com],[domainname.com],webmail.[domainname.com],www.[domainname.com]: see https://letsencrypt.org/docs/rate-limits/ Please see the logfiles in /var/log/letsencrypt for more details.
it means that the certificate request has already been successful, and Let's Encrypt certificate has already been issued and must be already applied to your virtual server.
You could work-around this problem by changing the set of alternative names added to the request.
