setup for default host domain name, ssl not working

I have step by step to setup the installation and setup the default host ( by post-installation ) and also active the ssl cert.

but,.

the ssl is not work, I sure it is not in cache.

Web server hostname *.[domain.name] Organization Host default domain Issuer name *.[domainname]
Issuer organization Host default domain Expiry date Sep 7 05:47:04 2025 GMT Certificate type Self-signed

1) I want to replace the cert by let's encrypt, but now, it generate fail ( it will be the next question) 2) continue question 1, if generate success, will replace the cert ? ( I have tried days ago, cannot replace, what Why I ask for remove the virutal server cert )

for ans. I will try again completely.

As discussed on previous tickets, when you fix your DNS issues it will work as expected.

if generate success, will replace the cert ?

Yes, if request is successful, then self-signed certificate will be replaced with the one issued by Let's Encrypt.
