Sending e-mail via port 25 or 587

My ISP blocks port 25 so I can not send any e-mails to their local domain name. I was wanting to only send e-mails to Local_ISP.com via port 587 and the rest can go out port 25. Is this possible?

Hi,

Please contact your ISP with this question.

Perhaps, it would be easier to let G Suite, for instance, deal with your mail? If it's a matter for you, and you would like to handle your mail locally, you would need to find an ISP that doesn't block 25 port. Besides, there are some ISPs that block port 25 by default but after creating a request ticket, they might consider unblocking it for you specifically. I know that Vultr does exactly that.
