I have updated to MariaDB 10 and I have problems receiving mail, to send I don't have problems just to receive, the message I get is the following Aug 11 15:49:31 host postfix/smtpd[21107]: NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from mydomain.com[207.180.254.107]: 454 4.7.1 info@userdomain.com: Relay access denied; from=info@mydomain.com to=info@userdomain.com proto=ESMTP helo=<host.mydomain.com>
Any ideas or suggestions

Howdy -- thanks for contacting us!
That would happen if Postfix thinks the destination for that domain is on another server.
The first thing to check is in Edit Virtual Server -> Enabled Features -- if you look there, is the Mail for Domain feature enabled?
If so, you may want to try disabling that, saving it, then re-enabling it, as that would re-generate the config entry for it.

Will disabling features and enabling would not affect the mail? cant afford to lose years of email

It won't delete any email messages.
