Refund Request

Hello there,

I'm not happy with the support. Now I also have a licensing problem resulting from how my new hosting company combined two ressources into one and Virtualmin recognizes it as several servers.

I'm switching to a different panel as I am a beginner and am better off with a panel that offers real support.

Can you please refund my payment as the license isn't working and tickets might be answered after a few days but not solved.

I have followed the instructions to change back to GPL. They might be outdated https://www.virtualmin.com/documentation/installation/uninstalling

However, I'll install CPanel as soon as you kindly processed the (partial) refund.
